Exchange Policy

1. Damage During Shipping / Transit

Every Prize Wala sign is packaged with protective padding and heavy-duty shipping containers. However, in the rare instance that your item arrives damaged in transit:

• Notice Period: Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival and report any outer damage or internal sign breakage within 7 days of receipt.
• Proof Required: Take clear photos/videos of the damaged sign as well as the outer packaging box and shipping label.
• Free Replacement: We will immediately manufacture and ship a brand new replacement sign to you at no extra charge.

2. Technical Defect Exchanges & 2-Year Warranty

All our custom LED neon signs come backed by our comprehensive 2-Year Warranty. If your neon sign experiences electrical failure, dimmer switch malfunction, power supply unit issues, or unexpected LED breakdown:

• Contact our team with a short video clip showing the issue.
• We will send replacement parts (power adapter/controller) or arrange an exchange of the sign unit.

3. Step-by-Step Exchange Procedure

2. Include your name, order reference, and attached photo/video proof.
3. Our team will confirm your exchange and issue a return shipping guide or schedule a courier pickup.
4. Your replacement unit will be prioritized in our production line and dispatched swiftly.
