Refund Policy

1. Custom Product Terms

Because every single sign from Prize Wala is handcrafted and customized to your individual text, font, size, logo, or color specifications, custom products are generally non-refundable once production has commenced following final customer proof approval.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

A full or partial refund will be approved under the following conditions:

• Order Cancellation Before Production: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and prior to manufacturing layout sign-off.
• Manufacturing Fault / Defect: If the product arrives with unresolvable electrical or structural defects covered under our 2-year warranty and an exchange cannot be completed.
• Incorrect Item Delivered: If the sign delivered significantly deviates from the approved digital proof (e.g. wrong lettering or incorrect size).

3. Refund Request Process & Timelines

1. Submit a Request: Email us within 7 days of delivery at sachfaizan@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos/videos of the item.
2. Review & Inspection: Our support team will inspect the case within 24-48 hours.
3. Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
